the reasons I remove logos

It’s important to me to stay brand agnostic. I love using Sony, DJI, GoPro, Insta360, and many more but I am not loyal to only one company. I have a large investment in Sony but I am not against buying another brand of camera. I just want a fun tool that makes photography exciting and fresh.

I try to cover or remove as much branding as possible on all of my cameras. I don’t really want to advertise what kind of camera I have. I just want a good tool that performs the way it should. I debadge my gear the day it comes in. I like how clean everything looks when all of the text has been covered up on a camera.

I also don’t want any stray reflections in photos. This can especially be important when shooting through glass or any reflective surfaces. The biggest take away is that I think my gear looks cool in matte black.
